LTD Builders, Inc. was founded in 1985 in Falmouth, MA (Cape Cod), recently after marrying my wife Teresa and moving from Las Vegas. I worked as a carpenter for a while until I received my contractor’s license. Shortly after becoming a licensed contractor, I purchased some land and built custom homes, room additions and garages. I was completing residential projects of all kinds. In 1991, we moved back to Las Vegas where I received my Nevada contractor’s license and began to rebuild my business. I am also very experienced in building patio covers, room additions, balconies and gazebos. I have built town homes in Boulder City and have worked for clients such as: Don King, John Robinson and Mary Wilson (The Supremes).
